This guide covers the essential steps for managing your voicemail and call records.

🔑 Getting Started

To access your dashboard, navigate to the unique URL provided in your welcome email and enter your Username and Password.

📥 1. View Voicemail Messages

1. Select Applications, then click on Messages.
2. From this screen, you can listen to, manage, and delete your voicemail messages.

📊 2. View Call History

1. Select Applications, then click on Call Detail Records.
2. Here, you can search for specific calls or download records for your files.

🎙️ 3. Upload a Greeting

1. Select Applications > Voicemail.
2. Click the Greetings tab on the far right.
3. Click + Add and upload your audio file.
   
   Note: Only .WAV files are supported.

📧 4. Change Voicemail Email Delivery

1. Navigate to Accounts > Extensions.
2. Click on your Voicemail Office number.
3. Scroll down to the Voicemail Mail To field.
4. Delete the old address and enter the new one.
5. Click Save in the upper right-hand corner.
   
   Pro Tip: You can enter up to 3 different email addresses separated by a comma.

🔐 5. Change Over-the-Phone Password

1. Navigate to Accounts > Extensions.
2. Click on your Voicemail Office number.
3. Scroll down to the Voicemail Password field.
4. Delete the current entry and enter your new password.
5. Click Save in the upper right-hand corner.Important: This only changes the password used when dialing in by phone.
   
   To change your Dashboard login password, please use our Contact Form to request a change.
