Welcome to your new Virtual Voicemail Office IVR system! In order to get the most out of your Virtual Voicemail Office (VVO), please follow these setup instructions carefully:

RECORDING YOUR MAIN IVR GREETING (read and follow carefully):

Step 1. Dial your Virtual Voicemail Office number as provided in the email.

Step 2. When the temporary greeting starts to play, PRESS 9.

Step 3. You will then be prompted with the following message: “Please enter your password followed by pound.” Then enter the temporary password “2020,” then press #.

Step 4. You will then be prompted with the following message: “ID number.” You MUST enter “100” for the ID number, then press #.

Step 5. After pressing #, you will hear “recording started” after which you should start to record your greeting. When finished, simply press #. You then will press 1 to save the recording or 2 to re-record it.

Congratulations! You MAIN IVR greeting is now recorded. Now onto the extension greetings!

SETTING UP YOUR EXTENSION GREETINGS (please read and follow carefully):

If you ordered extensions with your Virtual Voicemail Office plan, which will be indicated in the order confirmation email you received, and you will need to record the extension greetings for callers to hear when there is no answer.

Step 1. Dial your Virtual Voicemail Office number again.

Step 2. Enter the extension of the greeting that you would like to record as provided in the welcome email. For example, if you would like to set up extension 1, then enter 1 and move on to step 3.

Step 3. Now, PRESS * and enter the temporary password of “2020” followed by #.

Step 4. Then, PRESS 5 for “Advanced Options”.

Step 5. You will then be prompted with the following message: “To record a greeting, PRESS 1.” PRESS 1 to record your unavailable voicemail greeting on this extension.

Step 6. Follow these steps for each of the extensions that come with your package.

Step 2. Enter the Username and Password as provided in your welcome email.

Step 3. Once logged in, you will be able to access the aforementioned information.
